Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the EqualHome application and the website equalhome.app, published by DIGITALL ELEVATE (hereinafter "EqualHome", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the application, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease all use.
1. Service description
EqualHome is a mobile application that allows couples and households to visualise, quantify and rebalance mental load and domestic tasks. The application is available on iOS and Android. Web browser access may be offered at a later date.
2. Account creation
- You must be at least 16 years old to use EqualHome.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported immediately to lawalalaoad@gmail.com.
3. Plans and pricing
EqualHome is available in two plans:

Auto-renewable subscription
EqualHome Premium is an auto-renewable subscription.
- Subscription title: EqualHome Premium.
- Length and price:
- Monthly: €4.99 per month.
- Annual: €49.99 per year (i.e. €4.16 per month).
- Payment is charged to your Apple account (iOS) or Google account (Android) upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

In accordance with platform rules, refunds for an active subscription are subject to Apple's and Google's policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the application for any illegal, fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data or infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the application.
- Automate access to the service without written permission from EqualHome.
- Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal or infringes third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The EqualHome application, its source code, design, visuals, trademarks and all content are the exclusive property of DIGITALL ELEVATE and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6. Service availability
We strive to ensure maximum availability. Maintenance operations may be performed, with notice where possible. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for interruptions beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Household → Delete household. All your data will be deleted within 30 days of deletion.
EqualHome reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any legal remedy.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email or in-app notification of any material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
